This is not my first purchase from The Bamboo Guy. Previous purchases include knives, whetstones, gardening implements, rubber cutting boards, etc. The Hezhen B38S knife set is superb. It arrived in individual form fit boxes, nicely done. As I have prior experience with TBG Damascus knives, I know that they maintain an edge with just periodic attention from TBG Honing Rod. I can slice a tomato to 1/16" perfectly, they cut like butter. Great product, great company.

When it arrived, it was missing the part (#10)
That holds the staples in. May also be missing parts 11, 12 and 13 since I can’t see them and they seem to be associated with positioning part #10 or holding it in place. Is there a phone number I could call for assistance?

For anyone considering ordering, this is 100% a scam. I ordered this knife and the company reached out a few weeks later claiming there was a mismatch with my card information. After confirming the card was in-fact mine and all the information was correct 2 months passed in which the order remained in the “processing status”. I contacted the company and was told they had no product in stock but would send one out as soon as some came in. 2 more months passed with no changes to the order, despite the knife showing in stock online. I contacted the company again to figure out what was going on and could not get ahold of anyone. Ended up contacting my credit card company for a refund for fraudulent charges. Close to 4 months after this I received an update saying my order had shipped and then 3 months later an email claiming the package had been delivered despite never receiving anything. If I could give 0 stars I would. Dont waste your time with this bs, order from a reputable manufacture or dealer and avoid wasting your time and money.
I just recently started buying these knives and am sold on their looks , craftsmanship , and price.. If I was to say anything that I wish for it would be shipping. It in my humble opinion takes an eternity to get these beauties. So unless I missed the option maybe we could opt to get faster delivery even if we have to cover the cost.
This in no way sways my opinion of the knives.
