Perfect Block

This is a beautiful knife block. The fit and finish is exceptional. The size is perfect, it holds my 8” chef’s knife, 7” santoku, 4” paring knife, 6” utility knife, and 10” honing steel very well. Knives slide in and out of the slots very easily. The whole setup doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. It’s the best looking thing in my kitchen!

What an incredible knife !!

The knife is really beautiful and looks much better in person than on the pictures. Noticeably good fit and finish with mirror polished surfaces.

It is sharp right out of the box. I have used it for a short period of time and cannot comment on the sharpening and edge retention.

I like it and it has been a pleasure to use.

I would buy it again if I needed another one.

Great knives for the money

Recently purchased a 3 piece set of Xinzuo knives from the Bamboo Guy. Knives are beautiful to look at and arrived amazingly sharp. The edge retention is very good and I touch them up after each use. Wash and dry blade, 4 or 6 very light strokes on a 2000 grir diamond rod followed by 6 or 8 strokes on a F. Dick ultra fine honing rod and your good to go. Razor sharp. I've found that to keep your knives sharp, don't let them get dull. A minute of very light honing with these knives after use (weather needed or not) will keep them razor sharp. Will deal with Bamboo Guy again.
