If you've just arrived at my website after seeing an online ad among many others, you need to know the truth about most of the brands using terms like "Japanese" and "Japan" while selling Chinese knives. See brands like Seido, Senken, Yakushi, Dalstrong, Kamikoto, Kyoku, and Hoshanho, to name a few who have made the list.

I do not have any issues with Chinese knives. You can't beat Xinzuo and Hezhen Brands in terms of high-quality knives at a reasonable price. Spoiler alert: they're not on the list. Don't just take my word for it. Here's a quote from Chef Panko and a link to his website. Chef Panko is a renowned knife reviewer who almost stopped reviewing Chinese knives until he came across the Xinzuo brand.
